‘Welcome to Yoga’ 12 Week Program

This program is designed for anyone who would like to try yoga but may feel a little self-conscious or unsure of stepping foot into a studio, for a whole variety of reasons. Perhaps you are neuro diverse, gender diverse, body diverse or age diverse & would like to find a yoga home where all types of yoga will be practiced in an accepting environment.

The 'Welcome to Yoga' Program consists of 3 classes per week for 12 weeks, delivered by experienced fully certified teachers. The program is designed with overall wellbeing in mind.

You will begin with gentle passive movement that will allow you to open your body & experience release, gaining subtle improvement of movement.

You will then progress steadily week by week into working your body more actively in a variety of yoga classes, supported in progression to your stage at every turn.

In some instances you will attend classes on schedule, in other instances you will attend classes designed specifically for this program.

Participants will receive an e-book about Yoga, it's history & its application in life & how yoga practice can benefit everyone. Participant numbers will be capped at 14 for this program.

You will then be invited to an orientation day where you will attend the studio, get to know the space, meet your teachers & be invited to ask questions about the program, the studio or anything else.
